	Carol Billups		I’m Broker/Owner of Cabo Realty Pros and have enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers for over eleven years and still think mine is the best job on earth! Originally from Illinois (University of Chicago) my husband Bob and I have had the good fortune to live in many cities and towns across the USA but fell in love with Cabo and decided to make it our permanent home. To this day, we believe that it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We share our home with two little tyrants, Boston Terriers Daisy Fay and Betsey Ross, who almost have us trained. In addition to spending time with the family I enjoy the beach, cooking, reading and playing cards with friends.

	Jim Miles		Moved to Cabo from Seattle,Washington in 2003 trading 300 plus days of rain for 360 days of sunshine. 	L.A.E.T. Carlos Xolalpa Estevez		After graduating from University in Guadalajara with a degree in Business Administration, Carlos returned home to Los Cabos, where he has a very large extended family. He and his wife Mariellos are blessed with two sons: Diego, age 7, and Bruno, age 2. In addition to spending time with family Carlos plays American Flag Football on the Cabo Marlins team, and is a rabid fan of the New England Patriots. An excellent chef, Carlos cooked our team to a first place finish at the Cabo Rib Off. As administrator for Cabo Realty Pros, Carlos' job is to help expedite your transaction and assist in any way that's needed.

	Chris Mills		After a lengthy career with IBM we moved from Victoria, BC. to Cabo San Lucas in 2005. The original attractions were climate and lifestyle changes. Through the Cabo Church we quickly became immersed in the local communities meeting the needs families and helping were we could. Initially this was distributing food to local colonias and hosting large groups wanting to serve and perform mission projects. A few years ago my path was directed to Casa Hogar, a boys orphanage, where I now share my time with Cabo Realty Pros. Many of my real estate customers are now good friends. It’s not just about finding that perfect property, it’s to help you make it a home and settle into a new culture.

	Betsey Ross Commissioner of Cute		Betsey takes her responsibilities as executive in charge of morale very seriously and makes sure that every who comes to the office gets a proper greeting. Her other duties involve lots of petting and lap-sitting. Obviously these are important and strenuous tasks so you can often find her napping on her bed in the work room. She balances her real estate career with continuing studies at Ciudad Canina Daycare. She will be happy to see you whenever you visit our offices.
